Before posting a ban request please ensure you have valid proof* and a screenshot of "status" in console.

*Valid Proof

File Type: Picture (.png, .jpg) or .mp4/.avi for Videos
Videos uploaded to youtube
At least one screenshot or a part in the video where a console status is showed
The form below must be filled out completely
The Offender must be clearly visible breaking rules (including name) on the Pictures/Videos


Admins are NOT going to search any Informations for you! We won't search the SteamID's.
